Do you know of a little girl who has fun in front of the camera and lights up a room just by entering it?! Well, she may be the model we’re looking for! If you live in the southern New Jersey area and would like to have your child participate in our clothing model search for our Born Fabulous Baby Boutique, we would love to hear from you! We are in need of several different size girls to model our clothing for our online boutique.

If your child is chosen to be one of our models, their images may be featured on ourBorn Fabulous Boutique website, catalogs, advertising, and postcards. Our models will be offered a 50% discount off of one clothing item of your choice. Shooting will take place in our Mantua office and will begin mid-late October. Your child will be called on an as needed basis.

Here are our requirements:

1) Your child must be wearing any of the following sizes - Newborn (up to 6 weeks), 3-9 months, 18 months, 2T, 3T, 4, 6

2) You must be able to travel to our Mantua, NJ office for photo shoots on an as needed basis.

3) To participate, please submit one or two images in .jpg format no larger than 500 pixels wide to info@bornfabulousboutique.comfor our consideration. Please put "clothing model" in the subject of your email. Also include child's age and location. Please email us images during the period of October 7-31.

** Important – please be sure to add info@bornfabulousboutique.com to your address book to ensure that you receive our emails. This is important since many mail servers dump messages to the spam folder unless the address is in your address book. We would hate to have your little one be chosen and not be able to reach you!

Please keep the following in mind:

Because of the large number of responses that we typically receive, we will not be able to personally respond to all entries. As long as you follow the guidelines above, your entry will be considered.
You will be notified by November 1st (or sooner) if your child has been selected.
We may choose more than one child for each size category. However, if your child is not chosen, please understand that once the sizes are filled, we may close that category. This doesn’t mean that we may not need her for our next search!

Talk about high maintenance! How can something that is less than 20lbs require so much stuff? Well, it's true, your little one has many items that you cannot leave home without.
The basic necessities...

-diapers and wipes (kept nice and neat with the help of Diapees and Wipees)
-emergency bottle (bottle with the correct ounces of water and a small container of pre-measured powdered formula - when baby needs to eat on the go, pour the formula into the water, shake it up and feed)
-binkies (take two plastic baby food containers, mark one "clean" the other "dirty" and use accordingly)
-change of clothes (throw in a plastic bag for the soiled clothes)
-plenty of bibs and burpies (especially if he's a spitter)
-blanket (receiving blankets roll up and fit into a small space the best)

and the list goes on!!!!

I just can't believe that they keep sending me this magazine about raising kids with smarts and style for free. Child discusses issues from potty training to healthy kid snacks to (my fav) celebrity kid fashions and trends. Well, the weather is extremely cold here in the Northeast .... I don't know if it has even reached the 20's yet today!! If you have little ones, I'm sure you too are longing for the warmer weather.

My morning started with a 15 minute battle to get all of the gear on - they hate to wear it as much as I hate to put it on. Then it's the struggle to get them to fit into their car seats with all this extra fluff and fur! When I finally arrive at my destination, I turn around and see that my little one has removed not only her hat, gloves and scarf but her shoes and socks as well.... oh I can't wait for the warmer weather!!!

I just keep reminding myself that spring is right around the corner! Everyday, we are receiving our new spring inventory - it is such a treat to open the boxes and find all of these gorgeous spring clothes!
